Ordering Process
  1. Fill out the order form on the right. If you would like organs with your whole, side or quarter please make a note of those is the space provided, if you do not want any please leave blank.  If you are ordering individual cuts if you make note of what cuts you would like in the space provided.
  2. When we recieve your email we will get back to you as soon as we can, we are a family operated working ranch so we may not get to your message right away. If you do not hear from us in a week please try again.
  3. During certain times of the year we will not always have the items you would like. If we are currently out of stock on some items you will be added to a waiting list and as items become available you will have your order filled on a first come first serve basis. We will contact you when your order is ready and we will set up a time for delivery or pick up.
  4. If you are ineterested in a whole, half, quarter or csa half we will contact you to get a deposit of $300 for the order. At this ime we will let you know when your animal will go to be processed
  5. We will send you a copy of the cutting order which we will need back the week before your beef is cut. We will remind you when this is
  6. We will pick up your order from the processor and set up a time for deivery or pick up.
